"Outstanding Support from Mathew"
I want to express my gratitude to Mathew for all the time and effort he put into helping us find the best flights to Australia and other destinations. We were supposed to travel in October. It's such a bummer that, because of this coronavirus, our flights got canceled. However, Mathew has been incredibly supportive and provided excellent customer service right up until we got our travel money back. "Custom Holiday Experience in Australia"
Before Covid-19 showed up and messed things up, we were really excited about our trip since we had booked with Austravel before. The quality of our personalized itinerary was top-notch, and while it was a bummer to hear that our plans were canceled, the company has gone above and beyond to offer us other options for future trips. We’ll definitely be using their services again.

"A travel agency you can rely on..."
I've been to Australia a bunch of times, and Austravel is always my go-to. Their expertise is top-notch, and they’re super helpful. Just booked my latest flight today, and it was a breeze! Paul and Zara were both really nice and straightforward, which I truly value. I’d totally suggest them to anyone.

I've traveled to Australia two times now, and each time I've gone with Austravel. I can't think of a reason to choose another company since they are super dependable, know their stuff, and are really helpful. I'd totally suggest them.

The folks at Austravel really pay attention! They've set up trips for us in the past, and they totally get that everyone has unique needs. They're super patient, polite, and know their stuff. Top-notch assistance - All my inquiries were addressed quickly with a speedy emailed quote that matched my budget. I got a cheaper offer elsewhere, but I was so taken by the support and expertise from Sharron Connor, along with her fantastic phone demeanor, that I decided Austravel was the way to go.

"Friendly and Supportive Service"
I received assistance in a really friendly and helpful way. Julie was amazing! As someone who’s never traveled to Australia and isn’t a fan of flying, this was gonna be a bit of a challenge since we needed to split the flights and include a stopover. But she truly went the extra mile to make it happen!
